SUMMARY:
The General Manager, Cybersecurity Services is accountable for the overall performance, growth, and direction of CloudWave’s cybersecurity business, spanning both Consulting Services and Managed Security Services (MSS).
This leader will oversee all aspects of business strategy, service delivery, operations, and financial management for CloudWave’s cybersecurity portfolio. The General Manager will ensure the continued evolution of CloudWave’s security offerings to meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations, enabling them to protect patient data, meet compliance requirements, and strengthen resilience against emerging threats.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Cybersecurity Services business, aligning with CloudWave’s mission and long-term growth objectives.
- Lead the portfolio of Managed Security Services (SOC, MDR, VTM, EDR) and Consulting Services (GRC, vCISO, Pen Testing, Risk Assessments, Advisory engagements).
- Develop and implement multi-year business plans, growth strategies, and service roadmaps focused on innovation, scalability, and profitability.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive go-to-market strategies, build brand awareness, and expand market share in the healthcare sector.
Operational & Financial Management
- Own full P&L responsibility for Cybersecurity Services, including forecasting, revenue, margin management, and budget accountability.
- Establish clear performance metrics (CSAT, NPS, SLA attainment, utilization, and gross margin) and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing delivery processes, leveraging automation and AI, and aligning resources to customer demand.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships (e.g., Google, SentinelOne, AWS, and compliance partners) to enhance service capability and innovation.
Service Excellence & Delivery
- Ensure high-quality delivery across all managed and consulting services with measurable performance and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Advance the maturity of the CloudWave Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Detection & Response (MDR), and advisory functions through process standardization and technology enhancement.
- Oversee service design, onboarding, incident response, and post-event reviews to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain alignment with recognized security frameworks (NIST CSF, C2M2, HIPAA, HITRUST, CIS Controls).
- Act as executive sponsor for key customers, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and CloudWave’s cybersecurity strategy.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare CIOs, CISOs, and compliance leaders.
Market Development & Thought Leadership
- Position CloudWave as a leader in healthcare cybersecurity through thought leadership, industry engagement, and customer education.
- Represent CloudWave at conferences, industry forums, and customer advisory boards to strengthen brand recognition and credibility.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team spanning operations, sales, consulting, engineering, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation focused on customer outcomes and continuous learning.
- Partner with HR to drive career development, retention, and succession planning for critical roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience
- 15+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles overseeing Managed Security Services, Consulting, or enterprise security programs.
- Proven track record of scaling security services organizations, preferably within a healthcare or regulated industry.
- Deep understanding of MSSP delivery models, SIEM/SOAR platforms (Google Chronicle, SentinelOne, Splunk, etc.), and modern detection/response frameworks.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving operational and financial performance.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging customers, boards, and strategic partners.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related experience
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
