SUMMARY: The Senior Product Manager is responsible for executing on CloudWave’s strategic product roadmap and will manage and support a diverse set of technology solutions. The Senior Product Manager’s key responsibility is to assemble and lead cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product rollout, including the ability to market, quote, sell, and deliver solutions. The Senior Product Manager will work with CloudWave and partner technical development resources to define and document solution specifications and will review, manage, and update CloudWave technology solutions throughout the lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager acts as a technical resource to support sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a set of CloudWave product and solution offerings throughout the life cycle - from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Team with the Office of the CTO, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering to define CloudWave’s product roadmap and align resources
- Develop and present internal business cases for potential products and solutions.
- Evaluate competitive market offerings and provide analysis of key differentiators and product positioning.
- Manage the evaluation, onboarding, and programs of new partners related to each product rollout.
- Create and maintain relationships, and establish regular communication with partner, marketing, technical, and delivery staff to maintain healthy working relationships and enable the exchange of information in support of new and existing solutions.
- Assemble and manage cross-functional teams to execute the product rollout process for each solution, aligning internal and partner resources to meet development and launch goals
- Work with Sales Management and Marketing team to develop messaging and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan.
- Perform and/or coordinate product training for CloudWave staff across the organization.
- Monitor and manage the Early Adopter process.
- Participate in periodic partner roadmap and product briefing sessions.
- Support Sales on customer calls and visits as needed
- Prepare regular status reports on active solution rollouts for CloudWave management.
- Attend industry events, as appropriate.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in team and other company meetings.
- Prepares regular updates to the Chief Strategy Officer, CTO, and Director of Marketing, including recommendations to address process issues and increase revenue.
- Responds to miscellaneous sales support and business requests

Education: Candidate must have a college degree in Business Administration, Management Science, or a related field. Master’s Degree a plus.
Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of product management experience with technology products/services, managed cloud and healthcare experience preferred
- Familiarity with key technologies: public and private cloud, servers, SANs, networks, virtualization, cybersecurity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, as well as MS Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Proficient in Internet research and data gathering.
- Ability to assimilate data and present findings in a concise, coherent format.
- Ability to be flexible and self-driven; able to deliver completed projects in a timely manner.
- Self-motivated and open to learning and sharing new ideas.
- Detail-oriented.
